Allocator Code™ — Know the fit before you walk in the room
Enter the name and firm of any investor or LP and get a full dossier: a psychological profile of how they invest, where they sit on the risk-appetite spectrum, their thesis, and what they look for in the room. For founders raising rounds and GPs raising funds.
A research profile on the person you're about to pitch.
Thesis fit tells you whether an allocator can invest. Risk alignment reveals what they need to see in order to act. Allocator Code gives you both — from the public record, in about a minute.
Risk appetite analysis, in about a minute.
Enter a name. The engine reads their public record — portfolio patterns, stated theses, interviews, published thinking — and returns an assessment of where they appear to sit on the Risk-Preserving → Growth-Seeking spectrum, with suggestions for how to speak to that position.
- Risk Tolerance Profile — archetype and 0–100 Allocator Score
- Allocation Thesis — geography, sector, stage, fund scale, recent activity, co-investors
- Capital status — signals on whether they appear to be deploying, with dates
- How to open — a suggested first line, talking points, and what tends to lose them
- Sources & links — their site, socials, podcasts and interviews to prep with
Each profile carries confidence levels and shows its sources — including where the public record was thin.
Upload your deck. See it through their lens.
Drop in your pitch deck, one-pager, or executive summary and choose an allocator. The engine reads your materials against their apparent psychology and thesis, then highlights where you appear aligned, where you may not be, and what to consider changing before the meeting.
- Where you appear aligned — the parts of your story that fit this allocator
- Where you may not be — including what's missing that their record suggests they look for
- Repositioning suggestions — specific and sequenced ("consider moving unit economics to slide 3")
- Findings cited — to a page of your deck or a field of their profile
- Works both ways — founder deck to investor, or GP fund materials to an LP
Your materials are never used for training and never shared. Uploads are retained only to regenerate your brief, and you can delete them from your account at any time.
Upload your target list. Get every name assessed.
Bring the list you're already working — a spreadsheet, a conference attendee roster, your existing pipeline. We profile the whole thing, rank each name for apparent fit with your company, and hand it back in CRM-ready format.
- Bulk upload — CSV or paste a list of names and firms
- Every profile scored — risk spectrum, thesis, capital status, confidence
- Ranked for apparent fit — against your company, not generically
- CRM-ready export — CSV/XLSX with pipeline columns, or PDF briefing packs
- Built for teams — IR teams, placement agents, accelerators, and platform VCs
Up to 50 names per batch on Shortlist, 250 on Institutional. No limit on how many batches you run — each name costs 1 report.
Don't take our word for it. Read three of them.
Three complete Allocator Profiles on three real investors — each one reviewed by the investor themselves and confirmed accurate. Not excerpts, not a demo. The whole report, exactly as a paying customer receives it.
Founders raising a round. GPs raising a fund.
Both are pitching someone whose decision-making they can't see. Databases tell you what an allocator has funded — they don't offer a read on how that allocator appears to decide, what seems to earn their trust, what tends to trigger skepticism, or what may need to be on slide three for the conversation to continue.
Prepare in their language, not yours.
Founders → Investors
Get a read on whether the investor across the table tends to want proof before vision or vision before proof — and shape your opening accordingly.
- An apparent risk-appetite read, scored on a 0–100 spectrum
- What their public record suggests they prioritize — and what tends to lose them
- A suggested opening line and talking points to adapt
Prepare for LP conversations the same way.
GPs → LPs
The same framework applies to the people writing into funds — same engine, same spectrum, pointed at LPs and allocation committees.
- Publicly stated mandate, allocation thesis, and pacing signals
- Signals on whether they appear to be deploying — or between vintages
- Framing suggestions for their apparent risk posture
Preparation that used to take a week. Now it takes a coffee.

Every plan includes the full Allocator Profile — risk appetite, allocation thesis, capital status, links and media. A single report is $25; every plan brings that down. Your entire term's reports are released the day you subscribe — a raise is a concentrated push, not a monthly drip.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the analysis come from?
Publicly available information — fund websites, portfolio and deal announcements, published interviews and podcasts, regulatory filings, and the allocator's own writing. Every profile shows its sources and tells you where the evidence was thin.
Can I use this to raise a fund, not just a round?
Yes. The framework looks at decision-making patterns, not company stage. GPs use it to prepare for LP conversations the same way founders use it for investor meetings — and the Fit Brief accepts fund materials just as readily as a startup deck.
Do unused reports disappear at the end of the month?
No. Credits stay in your account for six months on a quarterly plan, twelve on an annual plan, from the month they're issued. Fundraising comes in bursts and the pricing shouldn't punish that.
What happens to my deck when I upload it?
It's never used for training and never shared. We retain it only so you can regenerate your brief, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
How accurate is it?
Profiles are AI-generated from public information and are a preparation aid — not a guarantee, a recommendation, or a prediction of any outcome. Claims carry confidence levels, inferred figures are labeled as inferred, and anything decision-critical should be verified against primary sources before you act on it.
Does this tell me whether an investor will fund me?
No — and we'd be suspicious of anything that claimed to. Allocator Code is preparation intelligence: a structured read on how someone appears to decide, so you can show up better informed. Outcomes depend on your business, your timing, and the conversation itself.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account, without talking to anyone. Credits already in your balance stay valid while your subscription is active.
Your next meeting is already on the calendar. Walk in better prepared.
